One of the great things about owning your own Digital Marketing Agency is the ability to mentor young people. For as long as we’ve been in business, we’ve hired paid interns to work with our team. Our interns are typically a mix of college students, men and women who have an interest in Digital Marketing, Communications, and the Agribusiness Industry.  We’ve partnered with Texas A&M School of Agribusiness too, and have many eager students make their way to our team.   Our interns have even attended the Purina Store Manager Training and presented to store managers!

ALL of our interns have gone on to successful careers ranging from Environmental Engineering, Corporate Communications at Texas Instruments, working at Public Relation firms (one intern was the handler for Ms. America), and others now work for Dell and Disney.

For the last 2 years, we’ve had a local north Texas young lady working with us. Smart and driven, this Aggie is involved with Fish Camp, joined a Freshman Leadership Organization, and is now working her way through the nursing program. Meet Alyssa Akomer. My name is Alyssa Akomer and I am a sophomore at Texas A&M University. I love working for Red Mano Marketing because the staff is so supportive and I find it extremely important to support small businesses. I design graphics and post to different social media platforms. The flexibility Red Mango Marketing offers allows me to excel in my studies and use my creative side to help small businesses with their social media.  I find this industry so rewarding because I can tangibly see my impact on our clients.
