Russell Feed needed assistance with their website, replacing an existing site that was several years old, static and outdated.  The new Website provides a wealth of information to the communities it servers and is updated weekly with fresh content.  Marketing promotions, an electronic newsletter that reaches more than 1000 customers, and store events keep management connected to the community.  New email accounts have increased the interaction between management and customers.  Metrics allows the store to focus on key customer interests and  targeted marketing.
