Change is a daily occurrence in the fast-paced world of marketing; and while the best practices of today may not hold true tomorrow, we continue to make product updates to get you the best results possible.

Our recent product update means simpler, easier email marketing. You’ll find all your favorite features still available, with improved navigation and a streamlined experience.

Why are we making this change?
We’re committed to developing the best product possible to help you reach your customers and do more business. Our recent changes reflect an easier workflow and sleeker, streamlined experience so you can navigate easily from task to task.
What are the biggest benefits?
The updated homepage will give you a more comprehensive look at your recent marketing activities. Review your most recent campaigns, including email newsletters, online surveys, event registration pages, and more — all from one place.
You’ll see the results of your most recent campaign, right at the top of the homepage.
Our updated navigation will give you easy access to your most important tools, including reporting and the image library.
We’ll also help you stay organized by removing campaigns that are over three years old. If you have older campaigns you’d like to hold onto, simply make a copy of that particular campaign and the new draft will be kept in your account.
When can you expect the new experience?
Existing customer can get this new experience any time by sending an email to email@example.com. We’ll get you set up within three to four business days.
We’ll reach out to you proactively between now and the end of the year, before upgrading your account to the new experience. We’ll provide tutorials to walk you through the changes and ask for your feedback as you start trying it out.
Will anything happen to your email contacts?
No. We know how critical email contacts are to small businesses. We’ve kept the contacts experience exactly the same.
