Google My Business

This week Google announced Google My Business, a new platform designed to make it easier for small business owners to manage their presence across Google’s different tools.

With Google My Business, business owners can now update their information, add photos, see reviews, and share updates, all from one place.  These options were available to business owners, but spread out across different tools making it difficult to manage.

If you’re new to Google, you will have to set up a Google account and follow steps to build a presence for your business. Google is also in the process of upgrading current users of Places for Business and the Google+ Dashboard to Google My Business.

Red Mango Marketing works with clients to set up their business listing with Google and other search engines. We ensure your information is correct, from the address, store hours and even the map location. Next we ensure the correct brands and keywords are included in the listing. The more information you add, the easier it is for people to find your small business.
